What is DMCI Homes VacationPass™?

It is a buyer’s incentive program that provides exclusive, above-the-ordinary experience, and complimentary access to a collection of DMCI Homes leisure properties. Buyers who made unit reservations during the specified promo period are pre-qualified to avail of this incentive program.

VacationPass™ Promo

The VacationPass™ Promo is your ticket to exploring our leisure properties in Baguio, Parañaque, Laguna, Batangas, Boracay, and Davao City. ​

You can gain access to this exclusive access in two ways:​

  • Get a complimentary stay of three days and two nights if you invest in any participating DMCI Homes properties from December 1, 2021 until June 30, 2022 only.
     

  • Starting July 1, 2022, earn VPoints for every recent home investment included in the promo. The accumulated VPoints can be converted to an exclusive access to any DMCI Homes leisure property.

VacationPass™ Mechanics

  1. The VacationPass Program is applicable only for unit reservations.

  2. Accounts must be closed within 75 days, with current/full payment status.

  3. All payment terms may be accommodated, except the Rent-to-Own Program (HomeReady/RTO).

  4. E-Vouchers are not transferable and may not be converted to cash.

  5. Requests such as booking, rescheduling, and cancellation of a booking must be made at least two weeks before the intended booking date. 

  6. Promo is exclusive of transportation fee and breakfast.

How to get qualified?

Making a home investment is such a big move. At DMCI Homes, we value your investment as well as your experience. That is why we'll let you experience our brand of resort-inspired lifestyle even before your actual move-in!
 

DMCI Homes VacationPass™ promo allows you to earn VPoints. These will then be converted to exclusive access to your preferred DMCI Homes leisure destination. 

Here is an overview of the process on how to earn your VPoints.

Step One

Purchase a residential unit from any of the participating DMCI Homes properties included in the VacationPass™ program.

Step Two

Submit or accomplish the following:

  • Reservation Agreement

  • Client Registration Form

  • Pay the Reservation Fee

Step Three

Accounts must be closed within 75 days, with current/full payment status.

Step Four

You will receive an e-mail that you are qualified to avail of the free DMCI Homes VacationPass™ e-voucher.

an overnight stay with family or friends. The choice is yours!

Reminders

• The availability of room nights at Oak Harbor Residences shall be announced once available.
• The required VPoints when availing shall vary depending on the season.

The following schedule was identified as peak season that requires more VPoints.
    • Holy Week (Monday to Sunday)
    • Chinese New Year Week
    • Christmas and New Year season (December 23 to January 2)
    • Panagbenga Festival specific to Baguio projects
